I always see Casey as she has an amazing eye for detail and was brilliant when I wanted to take my very long, very thick, wavy hair to an extremely short length. Two years later (and trims every 6 weeks!) and I'm still getting compliments from random strangers and enquiries about where I got it done. Although I don't get any colour in my hair, the colour work I've seen them do is fantastic and always natural looking. I cannot recommend Willow (and Casey especially) highly enough.

I felt listened to - they resolved a bad colour job I had from another hairdresser, who didn’t listen and rushed the job. So it was great to be given time and attention and access to the skills of the staff... and the great product range at Willow. My colour has lasted beautifully, is toned perfectly for my complexion and I love my cut as well. Advice for after care and styling is hugely appreciated also. Thank you Willow!
