  Love love love Dr.Chen! I had the opportunity to work beside him as a medical scribe and it was a great experience. I loved the job and I hope i can return . He’s very good at his job and is a very personable person . Extremely smart and was eager to help !

  This is probably the most inconsiderate, disrespectful and narcissistic Dr practicing in Metro Detroit. Not only does he discriminate, speak condescendingly and disrespectfully to his patients, he arrives between 1.5-2 hours late daily (100% fact). So be prepared for at least a 3 hour wait for your 10 minute appointment. I'm so appalled by the unprofessionalism and inappropriate behavior this Dr exhibited, I will not only be filing a grievance with the organization, I'll also be filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting Consumer Rights commissions. This Dr should NOT have the right to meet and consult privately with clients until he is reprimanded, refreshed education wise and retrained. No one - and I repeat NO ONE - deserves to be treated the way he treats his patients - especially those who are severely sick mentally.
  
  I saw Dr Chan after completing a thorough screening and having been so depressed from my illness, I could barely make it to my appointment let alone asked "what are you doing here???", was provided insulting responses by HIM before I could even respond, only to be completely humiliated and in tears. I would not refer my worst enemy to this horrendous and ill willed practitioner. Need help? Please get it from someone who truly cares and treats you with dignity/respect rather than someone who greedily just wants a fat paycheck.

  Completely appalled at the fact that an establishment like this would do business/employ an unprofessional psychiatrist such as this sorry excuse for a doctor. Look up his reviews. They’re terrible and rightfully so. He needs his license pulled, be reprimanded for his behavior and re-trained on empathy. He purposely makes his clients wait over an hour to see him or changes their appointments without notice and expects you to wait. He is condescending, rude and prejudice. You can tell by how he speaks to people. He ha son regard for other people’s time. I have NEVER in my entire existence witnessed such poor service and I even regret allowing him to take me out of character. I will be contacting the BBB like everyone else has mentioned on every site he has a poor rating on and I will also be filing a consumers complaint. Please, if you love yourself and/or loved one, DO NOT waste your time with this incompetent man. He does not care for others wellbeing. This is a FACT.
